1. Who we are
PromptReel ("the Service") is an AI generation platform operated by Andrei Luca, Iași, Romania ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. The service
PromptReel converts text prompts (and, where supported, images) into AI-generated video and imagery using third-party models — including Kling, Veo, Sora 2, Seedance, Wan, Flux, Nano Banana and others — accessed through the fal.ai platform. Model availability may change; we do not guarantee that any specific model remains available.
Prompts are refined server-side before generation unless you disable that option. Refinement uses an automated language model and can be turned off per generation in the Studio.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is available exclusively through Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a small one-time welcome credit grant. One account per person; accounts may be suspended for breach of these terms.
4. Credits
Generations consume credits. One-time credit packs never expire. Subscription credits are granted monthly on each successful billing cycle and do not roll over.
Credits have no cash value, are personal to your account, and are not transferable. If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits it consumed are refunded to your balance automatically.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create content that: is illegal under Romanian or EU law; infringes intellectual property, privacy or personality rights; depicts minors in inappropriate contexts; impersonates a real person without consent (including voice or likeness cloning); or is intended to deceive or harass.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Credits remaining on a terminated account are forfeited where suspension results from your breach.
6. Content ownership
Subject to the underlying model providers' licence terms, you may use the outputs you generate, including commercially. Because of how generative models work, outputs may not be protected by copyright and may resemble existing works; you are responsible for checking your intended use.
You grant us the limited right to store and display your generations within your account (private history) and, if you submit work to a public showcase, to display it there.
7. Billing
Payments, invoicing and subscription management are handled by Whop, Inc. as our merchant of record. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include applicable taxes where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access and the current period's credits remain until the end of the paid period.
8. Availability & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; model providers may change or retire models without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or damages to life, body or health, or any statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or ANPC's SAL procedure (links in the site footer) before going to court; competent courts are those of Iași, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
